Well this week has been interesting. I have been working on some Halloween (yes Halloween!) cards because I was 'inspired' by some paper I ran across. I also pre-ordered the newest Halloween paper that will be out in the Holiday mini so I can post some samples. But with nice weather and a cool breeze (yes it was only 90! in July in Nebraska) it was hard to stay inside.
So needless to say I didn't get much done.
I have also been playing w/ my cricut design studio software. It makes cutting quantities of things much easier. Of course, I cut the ghosts and scallops with my big shot. If any of you are interested in purchasing a big shot let me know. It cuts just about anything! I'm going to make some treat boxes and get those on the website soon to help get your creative Halloween juices flowing as well as maybe some cute little cards.
In the meantime, I would love to hear from you and see your creations. Don't forget that this is the last deal of the week! So if you are in need of heart punch now is the time to get it at a great price.
Happy Stamping!

Hello Everyone,
Well after a really spectacular weather weekend here in Nebraska, I had to force myself to do anything inside. I was able to finish some birthday and retirement cards for friends just in time to get them in the mail.l
This weeks special is really great. Vanilla Hodgepodge hardware is only $18.95. This truly is a deal. Make sure you grab them while you can.
I hope to post some projects this weekend. So be sure to check back and look at my projects there as well.
On line ordering is available. I would appreciate it if you would select me as your demonstrator.
Have a great week and of course, Happy Stamping!!

Sneaky tidbits
Hi Everyone,
Well it's Thursday! Almost another week gone. And the weather for the weekend promises to be awesome so it will be hard to stay inside and get some work done. Today I had a sneak peak at the holiday mini catalog. It will be released to the public in September. Without revealing too much I would just say, it will be hard to choose, there is more this year to choose from this year than any other year and I can bearly wait! Book a demo now so you can get these great products free!! Now, I just ordered a paper sampler so you can see, touch and feel all the great designer papers. That should be here early next week. So if there is anything you want to see let me know. Also, keep checking back, because I think some of my retired sets will go up for sale. I'm cramped for space in my cabinet. I'll provide a link here to the sets. Finally, I've been participating in a watercolors workshop (Hi Ladies!!) and I never knew they could be so much fun. So if you want to use the watercolor crayons at your next workshop let me know. Samples will be up on the website soon. That is all for now. Be sure to leave a comment and check out the catalog and the new decor elements. Also, the brads are on sale!!! But only until Monday.
Have a great weekend!!

New Cards
Hi Everyone, Here are the new cards I've made and uploaded as promised. All of them use the new "In-colors" from stampinup. Two also use Cameo coral. If you would like to have the product numbers feel free to email me. The pictures are on the right just a little further down the page.
But here is a basic supply list:
DSP - Razzleberry Lemonade 115675
Incolor cardstock: Mambo Melon 115320, Rich Razzleberry 115316, Dusy Durango 115321, Crushed Curry 15319. The other pink is Cameo Coral 101933.
I used white with white embossing powder on the card with the flowered squares as well as the Flower brads 112579.
On the card with the library clip (109857) I stamped it in Rich Razzleberry then used my Dusty Durango marker (116329) to fill in the lines. I also used some dazzling diamonds glitter ont he little flowers around the edge and the center of the big flower (102023). All of the pattered paper is the Razzleberry Lemonade on page 162 of the catalog.
Finally, the last card also uses the Eastern Blooms set (111626) from page 10. I used my soft suede and rich razzleberry to color the image and then went back in with the dusty durnago and dotted the centers of the flower. I used my sponges (101610) to stipple on the ink in rich razzleberry (115658) and the crushed curry ( 115659). I used my modern label punch (11630) to punch the label in crushed curry and then used a rubon from Chit Chat rub-ons on the card.
I hope this will inspire you to get creative with your new "in-color" palatte of colors.
Hope all of this finds you well and enjoying the same cool Nebraska weather that we are.
Have a great week and Happy Stamping!!

New Weekly Special
Each week in July StampinUP! is having a weekly special. This week it is the Doctor's bag to fashionably carry all of your Crop and stamping supplies. Click to the right to find out more.
Sunday I played with the new IN COLORS. I like them even more now than I did before. I am hoping to have some pictures up this weekend.
I could have stayed home a little longer than the 3 days I had off! Did anyone else have trouble getting back in the swing?
Until Later- Happy Stamping and thanks for visiting.

New Catalog
The new catalog is here as well as a the design elements catalog for your household projects. I have to say I think this is the best set of in-colors we've seen so far. Razzelberry is my favorite!
There are also a lot of new dies for your big shot as well as new embossing plates. My wish list is getting pretty long.
This week I've been working on some watercolor projects. I hope to have them up on the blog soon.
Until later, Happy Stamping!!
